Important Investor Notice: 2026 SARS Filing Season & Futureneers Tax Documentation
As we approach the commencement of the 2026 SARS tax filing season, we would like to proactively assist you in preparing for your annual tax submission obligations relating to your investment in our various Futureneers 12B En Commandite Partnerships.
Very important:
- To simplify the tax filing process, Futureneers will provide each investor with a personalised Tax Pack containing the information required to support your SARS income tax return.
- Please note that these Tax Packs are generally distributed approximately two to three weeks after SARS officially opens the filing season for provisional taxpayers. Accordingly, investors can expect to receive their Tax Packs towards the end of July or during the first weeks of August each year. The annual financial statements will be distributed at the same time.
We follow this approach because SARS typically introduces minor changes to its filing requirements and disclosure formats on an annual basis. By waiting for the filing season to open, we are able to review these changes and update our Tax Packs accordingly. This ensures that the information provided is aligned with the latest SARS requirements, helping to make the completion of your tax return as accurate and straightforward as possible.

Important: If you receive an Auto Assessment from SARS between 1 and 12 July 2026, please review it carefully before accepting it, as information relating to your Futureneers investment will most probably still need to be incorporated where applicable. If you are uncertain, we strongly encourage you to consult your tax practitioner before taking any action.
